Expedite request through Senator for Vawa
Hello,
It’s been 2 months I request help from NY senator to expedite my case. I didn’t heard something back. No response from senator. Does it happen that they don’t answer at all ?

Which senator did you try. I did Chuck Shumer and got got reply within 2 weeks.

I did with Senator Chuck too but now 2 months no answer.

Mr uscis blog I did with my congresswoman in march. Seems like they don’t want to help me right now.

there is no expedite request for VAWA. you need patience till the end of the world and that’s how the VAWA timeline works
