I agree with butter Doll. Keep trying. Also, if you want to talk to a live agent to find out what’s going on with your case, use the keyword INFO PASS during the call

@dv what kinda grounds of inadmissiblity? is it a conviction? are you in the country if so contact ur congressman or expedite again

@brian thank you I was wondering how to get past the automated machine. I’m curious if speaking to a live agent over the phone makes a difference because speaking to someonethrough Emma is definitely not helpful, they’re very one worded and they disconnect from the chat after saying that one word..

@giftency545 love I was told to do the waiver when I came out of the country for an interview at the consulate😓 my lawyer at the time sent me out of the country to the interview and I regret so much listening to him, I should have gotten a second opinion to make sure everything would be fine, but I didn’t because I trusted my lawyer as anyone would think that the lawyer knows what he’s doing 😓 I’m not in the country since my interview last June, thank you I’ll expedite again I just wasn’t sure if a 4th expedite is too many..

i think it’s for a misdemeanor when I was younger, the officer when she told me I needed one didn’t tell me exactly why so I’m going to assume it’s for that.

has anyone had an expedite approved and then denied days later? i don’t know if there is a point where u can’t submit too many expedite requests.

no way! i have never done prison time. and I was younger too when I got the misdemeanor.

@dv my EAd was like that 2020 I requested expedite and was approved next day denied and next day my ead was approved. seems u are in approval step.

I'm writing to everyone about any case that you have pending. Please take the time to write your local congressman about your pending USCIS case. We need to put pressure on this system. Look up your local congressman, they should have a web page where you can discuss an issue. Choose immigration or anything close and give a brief description of your case. Include your case #. We need to band together to create change. SPREAD THE WORD! Do this today lets help each other out.

i agree! what If the local congressman is a republican though and all I see on the website is immigration stuff, for example how the boarder needs to be more secured to avoid immigrants from crossing illegally, do you guys still recommend to reach out to congressman? i just wasn’t sure if I should because what if they’re against all immigrant stuff

@D V u are right but stuff don’t work like that they will help but u might not satisfy, but my advice is just look for pro immigration congressman not necessary in ur district.

just for anyone wondering about expedites: I spoke to immigration officer today regarding expedite request being approved then denied, he told me not to submit another expedite because it’ll be denied. he said once the first expedite is denied, they all will, he said that’s something they have to follow. so basically, he did tell me not submit a 4th one because I have already submitted a few and they’ve all been denied.. I’m so sad! feeling very depressed lately and then with what he said I feel as if I’m so helpless, it was very cold hearted.. I told him my reason for expediting how my sibling is really sick and I feel the need to expedite, he said “I understand that but it doesn’t make a difference, if you expedite and it’s approved it’ll mean it’ll be under review but you still have to wait, don’t submit another request because it’ll be denied”..

@D V I feel u, hang in there don’t let this affect ur health cos it does it will be hard to get to normal. just believe uscis is working case by case and soon is gonna be ur turn. I will never tell u not to think about it but just limit the stress by giving ur self more social life.

I’m a girl, I don’t feel safe being out meeting people in a country I’ve never been to since I was born. i have no social life because of that. i have no family around me. it’s very difficult..but I know we’re all in similar boats. thank u for ur comment 😓

@D V did you talk to a agent? or a uscis officer that can actually talk to you about your case? because whatever they told you i feel like its not true there was a person on here before that submitted 6 and was approved on the 7th expedite

i talked to an immigration officer over the phone, when I called USCIS and said INFOPASS as someone mentioned I should do, I was transferred to an agent then that agent said she would have a USCIS immigration officer call me within 72 hrs which they called me a couple hours later and they told me that. very cold hearted man btw, but he did tell me everything mentioned.

@dv sorry to hear that but just expedite again. am so mad that ur lawyer gave you a bad advice. you shouldn’t have left the country. anyways which country are you in now?

i know! I’m so mad too 😓 I have been told I can sue him for malpractice but mentally I don’t think I can deal with that too on top of everything else. I’m in Mexico right now. alone as can be 😣

my spouse. he had to go back home because his job was wanting him back at work, he refused to leave me behind so he had been with me here for almost 10 months now, but this time he had to go back. thank u so much for ur kind words. i hope we all get our cases resolved soon.

same here ... got approved an expedite request on March and then the status changed on expedite request denied today .. anyone else in the same boat ? how it is possible that first gets approved and then denied ...

No I was left with “don’t resubmit because we’re supposed to deny all expedites after first request is denied” that’s what the tier2 officer said. have you tried asking finding out why did yours go from approved to denied? i got no answer as to why. I submitted another one yesterday but haven’t heard back, not sure if they deleted it maybe since I sent it through email to nvc. do you plan to resubmit?

I just spoke with an agent , pretty cold and rude she didn’t know why she just told me that I’ll get a call back in 30 days lol.. in the mean time I luckily had an email from NVC where they told me that my case now was under expedited review, so I just replied to this email asking explanations... it’s pretty fresh .. it just happened so I am still confused. hopefully I’ll get an answer soon and I’ll keep you posted . I know it’s very frustrating..

i hope your expedite isn’t really denied. it’s so so frustrating and makes it worse knowing they don’t care and are so cold hearted. that’s how the guy was with me too from tier 2 even after I explained my reasons for expediting. keep me updated, good luck ✨

I keep my fingers crossed .. I was so happy when it was approved and then today .. surprise . I hope they have a good explanation, especially because mine was firstly approved because I was facing ( I am facing ) extreme and extraordinary hardship related to the death of a family member . I’m so sorry for your loss!😓 I understand feeling stuck waiting cus the freaken system is all bad. i submitted my expedite because my sibling was recently diagnosed with cancer and him and I are very very close, I’ve always been like a second mother to my siblings, when it was approved I was so happy and then BOOM.. denied. devastating. stay strong as well, we shall get through this quick, God forbid it takes longer for any of us, I been here for 10 months😭
