Needs suggestion guys, I expedite My EAD and advance parole to travel abroad due to emergency conditions and I have doctors letter as well, USCIS asked me to fax the documents but I’m little worried that in this case they will only give me emergency advance parole document, what should I write in cover letter so that it helps me to get the COMBO card? Any help would be appreciated

I agree with Ryan here. It seems like you have valid reason for AP, not for EAD. I doubt a cover letter will help much here to be honest.
