Expedite request od work permit.
Hello, would like to share my experience with Expedite request. I am here on B2 visa, my husband is LPR - f2a category PD: 18 April 2022 Bio: 24 May 2022 26 May 2022 - 1st expedite- i got mail to send additional info .. then I got denied 13 July 2022 - 2nd expedite - i got mail to send pending job offer 27 july 2022 - I send everything (bills, letter, job offer, medical record of my husband) 28 july 2022 - I got approved with COMBO card🎊🎊🎊 NBC center Dont loose hope! Just focus on what you wanna achieve, try everything and you will succeed!🙏🏼

I didnt switch.. well I told them I dont have permit that if they accept me I need a job offer from them which I am gonna send to USCIS.. thats what I did

No. How do you do that?

through emma chat or call them here 816-251-2290 .. tell them you have financial hardship and you need to start to work thats why you need work permit

@Katarina - congrats. my experience with expedite requests were also similar, after waiting 10 months - expedite request through Congressman was denied. I decided to directly reach uscis to expedite, which also got denied saying our cases were still under the processing time limits! And exactly 30 days after that expedite denials, 765 case was approved.

congrats! what is the validity duration for your EAD? 2 years or 1 year? trying to determine if expedite requests get a shorter duration or the regular 2 years

its 2 year.. i hope its gonna shorter the whole process now with GC - but I dont know.. waiting for interview patiently

nice. I will try to request it as well. did you have to provide documentation to show proof of starting a new job? I have that but trying to understand if those are asked or not.

so with first expedite - they just asked for “support documents” - i send them job offer and cover letter with explenation and they denied. second time when I expedite - they asked specificaly for job offer - i send them everything and got approved like 1 day after I faxed.
