I did! received my combo card in the mail 3 weeks later. I faxed them all the medical records, hospital bill, letter from the doctor and hospital admission letter. I also faxed a cover letter explaining the situation and outlined all the proof that I am submitting. hope this helps!

@z h Did they update anything on the website when they approved you or said that expedited request was approved or they’ve just mailed you the card?

@C J Once I submitted the expedite request and officer reached out and asked me to fax the evidence. @M A After faxing the evidence there was no update for 3 weeks and then my I765 application changed to ‘Case was Approved’.
