expedite request for EAD
On March 29, 2022, we approved your request for expedite processing on your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. We are processing your case and will send you a notice of action with our final decision.
In May 2nd my eligibility to work will end. Does anyones expedite request got approved recently??? does anyone know how long it takes to make a desicion on the case??? If I lose the job my whole family will lose
health insurance. I have a new born kid and I must have insurance.

Do not be disturbed! I believe you will get an automatic extension of 180 days before the expiration! I had similar issues and my employers already requested for a renewal and when all hope was lost, I had to write for resignation, just about 4 days to me leaving my job, I received automatic extension, the 180 days almost expired and I still didn’t get my card, I again requested for extension, I was given another 180 days again which I am currently using now. So, based on my experience, once you make expedite request, they will grant you. You will not loose your job.

I will advise you make another request say 15th of April when it’s close to the expiration, you will be sent a receipt notice which you will take to your job

Mine got approved on 03/30, but still no case approval update.

I expedited mine on 2/22, they asked for additional docs on 3/1, got approved on 3/7 and card was delivered on 3/12
