expedite request during adjudication
My EAD c08 category renewal EAD application is ready for adjudication since 04/01 and I applied for expedite request on 5/18 which was denied within 5days. Today called USCIS very nice Officer explained me that since my application is ready for adjudication applying for expedite request and in case it is denied it might slow down my process. She recommended just to wait, I might receive a decision very soon. Curios to heat if anyone has any timelines when your application is ready for adjudication, how was your experience? Also can really applying for ER slow down approval process?

@JP, uscis did not post it on my account or anywhere, I just got this info by asking emma agent and phone agents. when you ask they can give some details besides what is shown on your account.

I got an email for my expedite request saying that my case is being adjudicated and I should receive a decision in 46 days. This was received more than a month back

have applied for expedite on our 1 130 was denied with in 5 days it's been in the system since 2017 Potomac and can't give a processing time

Hi Pravin, how long did your process of adjudication took? I am in the same situation cannot expedite because my case is in process of adjudication.

hello, just fyi this process happened a year ago. adjudication process took more than 3 month
