omg you can request over and over they denied mine for 4 times then I requested again they asked me proofs 5th time on July 12th I submitted 60 pages proofs ever since taht no response

I was thinking about open an expedite by my attorney said they are not accepting expedite anymore.

They are not required to ask for additional evidence - they can make a decision without it. I have never been asked for evidence and always been denied. From what I have read since delays are so long and everyone is trying to expedite there has to be reasoning behind lost job / money for it to be vaguely considered.

I have been following posts here about expedite requests and I came to conclusion that only requests that are being approved by USCIS are those processed by NBC. I saw a lot of people getting approved by just showing a job offer.

I request 3 times, and my attorney is going to submit a new expedite today, the live agent told him, I have submit too many times recently, if I have no updated reason, it will always denied! I'm so urgent, so request many times! I will loss job next week, and I have the employer letter and other evidence, but no chance to submit. They asked me to send evidence and I sent 16 pages of evidence including a job offer (I am not a healthcare worker) about how not having EAD affects me financially and emotionally. I received this response 2 months later: --> "Due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are strictly enforcing the criteria that have been set for these expedite requests. While your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need." (They did not state it has been denied but, it's obviously a denial email.) During this time I have placed 2 more expedite service requests. Because I thought they are not going to reply. Today, I asked 'Emma' and the agent told me the status of the latest expedite request I have placed. This is the message in their system: "Review over the evidence must take place before we decide either to approve the expedite or to deny the expedite for the case. There is no available time frame for this decision. You will need to wait for further information from U.S.C.I.S." This experience shows that once you place an expedite service request and you do not get a response, you can place one more service request which will also be in a queue. I am hoping they approve my request since I have been unemployed for 14 months. Good luck everyone!
