expedite request
does anyone no if you can make a expedite request on a I-485 because it is taking so long. (waaaay out of processing times but USCIS doesn’t care)
my PD is 8/17/2021, I just sent a case inquiry and they said to expect my decision in 6 months.
I am going to look into mandemus, if anyone knows of a good lawyer that accepts payment plan, please leave it in the comments. thank you everyone.

mine is Nov 2021, estimated time to expect decision they say it’s 7months. but I don’t trust this timings.
