@kiki macdon your expedition request approval doesn’t mean your EAD application has been approved. you still have to wait until your main i765 application is approved and then after that, you get your card in about 2-3 weeks. production has been slow of late. good luck 👍

@God’s Child ooh thanks so much for that quick update so if I may ask how long do I need to wait for it to get approved I thought expedite request approved is same as I-765 approved

@kiki macdon oh it’s not the same, I’ve seen some people get approved the next day after the expedition was approved, it all depends on the office handling your case but give it a week or 2. Good luck 👍

Good morning, once your EAD expedite has been approved there will be an approval notice in your documents tab. That should inform you on type of approval( combo card or stand alone EAD, so it should be an approval and would be mailed out to you once it gets to card produced. Mine was approved last week 3rd aug, card produced on the 4th aug, just waiting for tracking number.

@Kimberly L🇹🇹 thanks so much Kimberly mine was expedite request was approved on 10 august and I track it today is still showing expedite request approved no updated again so I was worried on what is going on if my card is been produced or am still waiting for my i-765 to approved before the card we be produced. thanks for your responds I appreciate

@kiki macdon My status has not changed but I got my notice in my documents tab, I called customer service on the 5th, and they said card was produced on the 4th, called again on the 9th and no tracking number yet, will call again on Monday, there is a delay with production, but am staying positive 🙏🏾

@kiki macdon what do you mean by you tracked it? did you get a tracking number or you meant you checked your status, the tracking number comes from uscis but you can also sign up for informed delivery with USPS who will be mailing it to you so you can see what mail is incoming, I won’t depend on your account for any updates it’s very unreliable I let the tier 2 agents check for me.

@JENNIFER AHANA one week ago and it’s was done by my lawyer I summited my landlord eviction notice for unpaid rent

I got approved my EAD in the documents tab on August 4th( not update on my account). then yesterday i got update on my account " card was produced"

@Irani Y.P hi when I called the agent told me it was updated on the 4th to card produced, I will give them a call on Monday(PG) would be nice to see a status change but am not worried about that part to much 🙏🏾

@kiki macdon How did you/lawyer put in the expedited request? Was it via mail or fax? If by mail, to what address was it sent to?

@Kimberly L🇹🇹 I called yesterday the agent told me my card was still in production and after a few hours the status changed. probably next week we get our cards🙏. I am just praying I get my SSN too 🙏

@CC CK I believe he sent them an email through the lawyers hotline I believe they have a lawyer hotline for vawa case that was where she did sent the request and the document and I was copy on the email

@Irani Y.P I have there number in my phone set and waiting if I don’t see my SSN, am not playing this is America😅 if I have to wait and get headaches for documents that should of been mailed I could of stayed in my country at least I know what am getting with them🙄 lol I have my informed delivery USPS app and as long as I don’t see any mail from them am calling and going with my card. But positive vibes it will all come together 🙏🏾
