Mine was everyday after I got the approval message. 03 May - expedited request Approval 04 May - Card was being produced 05 May - Case was approved 06 May - Cards were mailed to me 07 May - Picked up by USPS,

I talked to a tier 2 as well... so I did all I could b/c I really wanted to go to work... starting next week is not quite sure... even if they approved it tomorrow.. apparently I heard you have to wait for the card... I have my start date as Monday b/c they pushed it back for a week, but I am still not sure if the card will be in Monday.

I called yesterday, they told me that I should hear something within 10 weekdays from they received it and if I haven’t heard anything on the 11th day I should call again.

Sigh... :( I’m so sorry, Liz. I received a similar email on May 3. That email means your expedite request was denied. You can expedite again in a week’s time.

I just called and he said it’s a denial and I can’t give evidence unless they ask. he also said that I can expedite again in 5 business days, and I should have an answer regarding my AP expedite request in a couple of days because it’s delayed. so frustrating.

@Liz O: I expedited on 21 Apr, evidence requested on 28 Apr, expedite denied on 3 May. It sucks, but I think marriage-based AOS applicants like ourselves are deprioritized by USCIS. When is your PD/receipt date for I-765?

it really sucks! I am sorry. my PD is March 11, so it’s recent but I have been dealing with immigration for over 2 years now, complicated story.

oh okay... yeah yours is pretty recent! mine is January, waited for over 4 months (not as bad as others who waited over half a year). hopefully we get some good news
