expedite
hi everyone
do you know anyone who got their expedite approved on of after 5th try ?
I tried expediting my husband’s I-130 due to risk on his safety uscis kept denying the expedite.
I want to request expedite again in a month! do you think it’s a smart move or not ? I can’t just wait and not do anything because our situation is urgent

urgent humanitarian reasons.
due to the risk on my husband’s safety in Iraq . and not being able to visit him and see each other because it’s not safe for me to go there ( me and my family left Iraq and came to USA by SIV visa because we often received threats from unknown organizations/individuals there because of my father’s work with US army in Iraq ) . now my husband is there in the same hometown where I used to live . I am worried about his safety and also miss him a lot and I am not able to visit him like I said and if they don’t expedite we won’t see each other for the next 2-3 years !! I have doctors letter and pics of medications I take because of situation I am suffering mentally/physically

yes I requested expedite 4 times
first time through “ ask Emma “ second and third time I called uscis , fourth time though congress
uscis denied all without asking for documents I am so confused why they do that I don’t know what to do

it wouldn’t hurt just try to have convincing evidence and write a letter to explain

they want proofs. did they email you or tell you to send then proof or have they request for an evidence?

@Sara, your worry doesn't qualify as one of the reasons for the expedite. Your husband should be threatened, tortured or afraid of being killed. There should be some effort by him to hide from the those that want to harm him, for example moving from one town to the other. His hiding and running has caused to be unemployed and thus causing financial constraints. In this you will have Financial hardship and humanitarian reason. please, be honest, do lie if he isn't on the run, and if isn't really facing Financial harship

I had letter explaining the situation in details , pics of medications/doctor letter/doctor reports. travel advisory not to visit Iraq form uscis gov website, articles about Iraq’s situation.
these documents are all true and I won’t lie about something like that .
