you just have to wait samething that's happening to me too, my lawyer requested my case to be expedited but until now nothing yet, the agent said it's pending for a review. so I guess we just have to wait.

same thing happened with us… except that they said that the case is under security check and not under review… so maybe something good for you

your case is already under review so it will have a decision by next week. officers spend about an hour to review cases or less. so you are in a good place. am expedited request would have sent the case to where it is now

my case has been at the local field office under review since February i did an inquiry and they told me its doing the background check

@A A I'm a military officer who is stationary in Germany, so I did Command sponsorship for my wife and is approved, and she's pregnant that's why I want to expedited her form.
