credit card statements

i provided credit card statements, utility bills, rent. it’s been almost 2 months now. didn’t hear anything back😂

my wife is a citizen, so I applied based on pending adjustment of status. I called millions of times. and they saying that my case is still under review and they don’t see any updates in the system.

and officer dont update expedite request as well

no. I submitted over the phone with agent

yes. just say expedite request and you will be connected. robot will ask the reason. say financial loss

@k k, nothing. yesterday i called and submitted a new expedite request. i just called USCIS contact center. said “submit expedite request”, “form i-765”, “financial hardship”. just follow robot questions.

statements, credit card bills, utility, rent, car payments, car insurance, etc. send them everything. and show your bank account with 15 dollars on it😂 thats what i did

i am adjusting my status. not sure about l1b. and my request wasn’t approved yet😔
