expedite I-131
anyone has any experience expediting I-131? i submitted since Oct 2022 and status still at case received. what is the process? thank you.

Yes you can. reason should be among the expedite criteria of USCIS. Call USCIS, tell them the reason and they will help you out.

I asked my congressman for assistance and received the I-131 within 2 weeks after their inquiry

my case was approved in Aug but I didn’t receive any document for 2 months, and sending request didn’t help. I asked for congressman assistance.
Previously, I wanted to expedite due to some conference in EU but I was advised by my lawyer not doing it
