@God is good please don’t send any information to USCIS that wasn’t requested. if you do then you are trying to complicate your case. send to them when they request anything from you and you will see that your case goes smoothly. since they approved your expediting letter then you will see that they will work on your case swiftly in matter of 1-3 months and you will get correspondence from them. so all you need now is patience and prayer and trust in God Almighty to perfect everything for you at the right time. you are almost there and you have a cause to be happy at the end okay 👌🏽.

@God is good you are welcome 🤗. yes I sent my Medicals along side the I485. you don’t have to worry about that. when they need it they will send you an RFE for I485 then go do it and submit. and with 2-6 months they should approve you finally. you don’t have to panick at all. and don’t send anything to them if they don’t ask for it please. your case is going as Gods plan so have good faith in him to do the best for you okay 👍🏽. if you have any other questions feel free to reach out.

@Mohammad Khan the most important document for expedition is that you must have a solid proof of documentation for which you are requesting expediting. without that they will deny it. once you have a solid document then you write a cover letter stating the reasons why USCIS needs to honor your request with facts in it to sway their mind then attach the proof to the cover letter. also attach a copy of your I360 receipt to it to show your case details as well on it so that they can correlate it to your case and look into it. then you send it to Vermont center and wait for response. if you have any questions feel free to ask.

I didn’t email them @2022 filer. you can’t email USCIS for vawa cases at all. it’s only lawyers that can do that from what I know. the only way is to send it through post office like USPS to USCIS and that way they will acknowledge and inform you that it’s been received.
