Expedite after 12 months at NBC
Hello my 130 is approved since February 6th but I’m still waiting for my EAD. I already expedite it 2 month ago for financial lost but the USCIS didn’t accept the expedite, now I’d like to do another expedite after 12 month and i want to know if it’s necessary or wasting time?

@Abdoulaye S guy is your choice to expedite your EAD but if I were U, U don't. Your application is Green Card not work Authorization. U are privileged to apply for it due to your Green Card. If U want to ask for it to be expedited, U must have a very good reason.
