My child’s EAD and AP were pending, even though both parents had received theirs. I used the online chat option ‘Emma’, where the agent confirmed that the biometric process was completed and that the case was with an agent. Interestingly, both the EAD and AP were approved within the next four days. I’m uncertain if the chat had any real impact or if it was just a coincidence.

I expendited my WP 7 times in 2023 ;) noting worked. Then, I expendited the AP and they issued my Combo card in 7 days
