Expedited Advance Parol application Approved
I received an emergency advance parol document at the field office in an hr. below are the supporting documents i provided to the officer.
1) a medical certificate from the clinic/hospital signed by the physician.
2) completed i131 form
3) birth certificate ( to verify the relation between you and the family member): example: Dad/mom’s Birth certificate and your birth certificate. make sure it’s translated if it is not in English
4) letter of explanation to expedite (I provided but may not be required as long as you explained it verbally)
5) receipt/letter from USCIS showing your eligibility (ex: i485 receipt, i131 receipt )
6) 2 passport size photo

and since this is an emergency AP it’s for a single entry and the validity date depends on when you are planning to return (usually up to 12 weeks from the date of departure or from the date you received the document)
