@victory !!!, get a documentation from the hospital and also if you have the same last name of your dad’s, the documentation will prove it’s your dad at the hospital and base on that, you can expedite I believe, thank you.

You need to request a medical report explaining your father situation and have it translated into English with a valid translation. After that, write a letter explaining the reason for the expedite request and what you have attached as evidence. Remember to include your A-number and your case number. good luck

Also include your birth certificate that shows your father’s name as proof of relationship. Send it along with other documents, it doesn’t matter if you’ve sent your birth certificate earlier

@victory !!! I totally agree with @Tom Bom and @F A. what they propose it totally correct. I would advice you to add the receipt of your I-360 which will include all the necessary details for your case and draft an explanatory letter stating reason for expediting and a letter from the hospital stating the issues with your dads. also you can print any medical report of your dads case and attach it and print pictures and submit. with all of this you should be good to go and they will approve it.
