Expected transfer after I-140 approval
My I-140 got approved 05/16. Nebraska SC. Any guesstimates on when would I-485 get transferred to NBC. When do you think a big transfer will happen again? Thanks.

same question. i filed concurrently at Nebraska in June 2021. i140 got approved on 05/13.

@st do you think we are 7/8 months away from GC? Would changing emplyer now using AC21 will slow down GC processing?

I have seen lots transferred sooner. mine is still pending so I just don’t know

I cant really tell. Im july 2021. By luck, if we get transferred next week for example, I would say we are 2-3 months away. If they slow down and dont transfer it could take way longer

My I140 and I485 were transferred concurrently on July 24, 2021 in Nebraska. I140 was approved March 27th and My I485was transferred to NBC on April 29th. I expect my I485 to be forwarded to a FO next wk and then it will be another 3-4 wks I expect

@s t my i140 got approved 04/6 and I got notification that it has been transferred 2 days ago 05/27..so I believe yours will transfer soon
