is it okay to submit recently evidence like photos, evidence of bank transactions etc, we sent in a bunch of evidence at the start however would like to update since it’s almost been 2 years since we married etc, also my wife couldn’t add me to her bank account since I didn’t have any forms of ID under the US government, will this matter since they would know I live in Australia etc?

you can add more evidence. I have done it many times. Don’t worry about the bank accounts right now. Instead, I wrote a Will showing my husband as the beneficiary.

my lawyer said don’t do it if they are not asking but maybe if u do it they will finally look at your case! I feel the same way u do it’s been a long time with no new evidence
