to the best of my knowledge, employers don't usually wanna give out that letter.

You can simply ask your employer to write a letter stating that he will fire you due to your status if you lose your work permit authorization. this letter need to have all information about the company and yourself.

@ O J...sid your employer give you a letter addressing to uscis that if they do not approve my EAD then my employment would be terminated...and with the help of this letter you expedited your request..and did it get approved ? how many days from the date of expedited request

@y k yes it got approved. I sent in the request on 09/29 and on 10/15 was ask to sent in the evidence which was the letter from my job and on 10/19 it was approved and I got my combo card on 10/25

In the letter what else was mentioned? like were there details related to the work authorozation end date, details related to ur employment, etc?

@ y k it’s just a formal letter from your job with the company letter head and contact number saying that you will loose your job if USCIS doesn’t renew your work authorization on time . it is a good reason to expedite your work authorization recognize by the USCIS to avoid gaps between employment
