my PD is April 21 2023. it’s been 8month. I already submitted everything. my notifications is still “ we are currently pausing working on your application due to a visa number not applicable. originally from Kenya. am I current or not or just wait for 2026?

I don’t think you are eligible to file for 485 yet. since dates for filing is 1st March 2023

I don’t understand how this goes but I will just wait .. I have my AP card and work permit combo card.. the last notification I got was no visa number available.- and my lawyer filled concurrently..
