employment based visa question
hi, I am trying to find out which visa I should apply for if I received a job offer in the US. can you let me know what's the process?

If you need a job based visa, it's likely something your employer will need to apply on your behalf, and not something you can file yourself (there are few exceptions you can look into). EB1 through EB3 are for green card, H1B is a work visa. Process varies for each of them. Best bet is to just talk to your employer and they'll go for whatever they think will be the best option for you. Can go for more than one route.
