same boat EB1A -485 filing date 1/16/2024- finger prints in Feb, no update. same for spouse, got RFE- responded, received 35 days no update..

@Vikas Chauhan - Is your case still with NBC or it get transferred to local field office. did you receive your EAD ?

@Ank G do you mean people whose priority dates are current but moving into pending? that would be very odd if that’s happening. My priority date is February 9, 2022 and it’s been pending for over a year.

@del Kh rfie was for wife’s birth certificate format. my PD was ported from EB2 to EB1A, May 2016.

similiar boat. EB1A filed on Dec 2023. PD Nov 2017. EAD approved last week. no movement since biometrics in late January 2024. Emma mentioned case is still at NBC as of yesterday. Thank you.

my case status is CRP since end of may, what is your case status? July bulletin and this case status are contradictory for Indian nationals atleast

@good faith do you have dependents? is EAD approved for all of you? you are not in CRP right?

@Mira S I am primary and 1 dependent, we both got EAD approved. AP also approved for my dependent. I went out of US after filing 485, so my AP will be denied. My case was never in CRP. current since January 2024. thank you.

Applied I485 on Dec 27, 2023 under EB1. I got EAD in March but my wife hasn't. submmiter SR for her since we hit the 6 month mark. PD of Dec 2012 India.

Applied Jan 2024.EAD approved but AP and 485 still pending. case is in NBC per Emma

EB1C-I485– In “case remain pending” since Oct’ 23. Received AP/EAD. PD 2019 current from last 7 months.

Got EAD yesterday, called USICS call center today, she told the case file is with Kandell, FL office, Insted of NVC. it’s not updated in the status. Any one else with Kandell, how’s your experience?
