EMMA LIVE AGENT RESPONSE
Hello, please has anyone been told by Emma live agent, when asked about EAD status, my EAD is expiring soon then get this response: your case is sensitive and update can’t be shared via chat, that you need to call USCIS number to get the update? What does that mean? Anyone with ideas…and few days ago, I got an update of my cases being transferred to another jurisdiction. I will like if anyone has experienced such before.

if your case is vawa based they do not do anything online you have to call the 1-800 number. They won’t even verify you let alone disclose any information pertaining to your vawa case.

@blessed & favored the call is not helpful. The robot will not even get you to speak with any representatives.
