i guess my first question should be are live agents reliable at all or its all just a joke trying to calm us down 😂😂😂

i think a joke honestly i was told that my interview was waved months ago but i contacted an agent a week ago a now my case it at local field office waiting for available interview

Agents are really funny that don't have much info at their end but give always false info which will lead to confusion. They were not able to say exactly where was my case. Asked me to wait for interview letter that never reached which lead to almost miss my interview.

thats what i tought, i wont be contacting them ever again regarding this

@M M live agent, i asked them if they could possibly give me more updates on 485 and 130 and she seemed nice over the messages but as i said i dont know how accurate that is but who knows ☹️

@ . on uscis web you click on the chat with emma then you type Live agent and it will connect you right away

ugh they also told me the same thing today. I guess it was their script for the day. also 3 agents have told me my case is being processed at the Baltimore FO, today I get told it's still with NBC.

they also told me my case moved from NBC to Salt Lake FO 😂😂😂 im curious now i will connect one more time with them in few days i want to hear whats the next one they gonna tell me LOL @TK ZA

hey, online agents told me that my case was transferred to my field office two weeks ago and I'm still waiting to hear back! my pd is 4/21/23

@Keep Waiting they told us all the same thing so not sure how accurate that is 😞
