Finally Green Card is Approved .
Live agent USCIS just confirmed that my case was las seen by an officer in San Jose about a week ago. I am in Phoenix. No other information was available. case still shows fingerprint was taken in Dec 2022.
my PD is Jan 3, 2023 and I filled Nov 4, 2024

Yes, I am from “Rest of World”
For live agent, you need to go through EMMA on USCIS website and look for chat with live agent. there are many youtube videos explaining how to chat with live USCIS agent.
