just keep write (expedite my case) keep write it don’t give up until Emma will give you options choose the first option (case status) in then she will give you option (contact live chat) choose this and then she e ask you about your receipt number ,write it and then she will contact you with live agent but you have to wait a little until your turn

Just keep typing “Live chat” or “live agent” it has worked for me every time I need to contact an agent.

Im keep writing live chat but keep saying see details and list all of the ways you can contact USCIS :(
