@Shiva S yes they told me same thing, didn’t give me any update because they said I need to send a letter the the processing office🤦‍♀️

@Shiva S yeah something similar, they told me they can’t give me any update because my case is confidential 🤦‍♀️ I’m the petitioner. I try 2 times and they told me same thing
