type emergency travel in Uscis website and follow the directions

first you need to call the uscis number to tell the emergency situation then they will give you appointment to come over to nearest uscis office with 2 passport size photos, your passport, and the medical as well as 525$ chack and i131 form filled. ask me more if you need too.

@Wait Game i think emergency parole is more faster bc you gonna get it same day just bring death certificate of your grandma and if you already applied i131 then just take receipt with you might be fees forgiveness thank you

@Lucio Mansilla Nope. I did not pay anything. I had my grandma death certificate and my mom birth certificate to prove relationship that she is my grandmother. in 30 min I had my Emergency Travel Document
