Emergency travel .
Hi Everyone, I need a quick response if anyone go through this . my i360 is pending since march 2023 and travel documents with the same time. I did my biometrics for travel document and work authorization in July 2023 . now I want to travel in emergency because father is very sick and suffering in heart disease. I asked my attorney for help she is asking for $1500 to expedite the request . can anyone help me on this ? what should I do to get the travel document .

make info pass appointment and just go with your dad medical and 2 photos of yours and one chsck of 525$ and they will ask some questions about emergency and they would issue you adance parole for one year multiple entries.

if you have a work permit then make the info pass and bring evidence, doctor letter sign/stamp/, 2 passport photos, your work permit, your birth certificate and your fathers birth certificate translated if it is in a different language and all your receipt notices and biometrics, if you don’t have a work permit then your only option is to mail the same info package to Vermont. you can overnight your package. good luck
