Emergency Advanced Parole
Has anyone here had to apply for emergency advance parole? Or have an advice on applying while waiting on USCIS?What are the chances of it getting approved fast? We applied with the help of our attorney concurrently for the I-130, I-485,I-131 & I-765. We have already done biometrics. We just recently responded to RFE for I-693. Unfortunately, we got a call tonight that my Father in Law is not doing well and was taken to the hospital. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Good morning, sorry to here that call and speak to an agent or do it online with Emma, they will ask your what category your filing under choose ‘humanitarian’ you will get an email same day or couple days later asking for evidence, I would advise to try and get a letter from the hospital on there letter head, send all info to the fax number provided and just wait, but follow up with them often. I got approval in a week. Hope all goes well for you🙏🏾

hi, i have an same issue. my mom will have a surgery in 26 of September, my attorney filed for combo card 2 weeks ago. we filed proof from hospital as well. Work Authorization been approved, but advance parole not.
what you suggest?
