on my experience i got in without any problem. but depending on what airport you are coming to. New york and Miami airports are not giving anyone hard time.

@Tural G Tural as far as my understanding you traveled to Miami airport with AP. Could you please provide more details how was your experience at Miami airport. I heard that the officers are not easygoing as they are in NY.

they took me inside room ask me questions why did you go out of USA and they let me inside the USA

I landed LAX. guys don’t be afraid if you have it i485 pending case you can travel with advanced parole

I just wait 30 min in waiting room and they call my name. and they ask me what is the reason to travel out of USA I said my father had health problems and they ask me again which country you fly from to USA I answered questions it just take 5 min conversation and the guy said you good to go welcome to usa

I stayed my home country 28 days

my emergency advanced parole document valid for 1 month only and single entry

which is I have i131 pending case still

I divorced my wife almost 1 year ago and I have pending vawa case only

do they start counting from the day you receive your AP? for example if they approve on the 20th, is it valid until the 20th of next month? Did they tell you to leave within 1-4 days?
