Emergency Advance Parole
Hi Everyone,
I miraculously got approval of Emergency advance parole because my Grandfather passed away. Expires Sept 12, 2025. I have a pending I-485 and the current status is RFE sent, but not received even tho it was mailed Aug 30th.
Will my AP affect my I-485 application?
My lawyer unfortunately doesn't respond any of my emails.

@M E Are you sure they gave u a year expiration date till Sept 2025 for the one time use Emergenct Parole ?! As normally only for 1 month or a bit more . Please double check !
