emergency advance parole
I used to have an asylum case form emigration which i decided to close I got married to a US citizen now I have an pending case I-130 I-131 I-485
but my father is really sick back home I requested an urgent advance parole do you think will have problems to come back at the border because I used to have an asylum case in the past

@Juventus tifozo Did you get an approval on your asylum case?.. when did you closed your asylum case? when did you apply for I485? its your status current?
you have to ask these questions plus more before you leave. this is very important.
I believe a green card in hand will be best to travel back home with no risk.
I think you need to get legal counsel and a second opinion if possible. now days the asylum cases are very complex.
please do not travel until you get your case review.

I-485 is under review they received my medical exam RFE and they are reviewing everything

@Juventus tifozo you probably are getting your green card soon. if you need to travel get I-131 Approved and all your documents just in case they ask for it. Good luck 👍 and safe travels

@Yevi Lu I’m already in Italy I go an I-131 emergency advance parole since my father is really sick in Italy i Hopi don’t have problems to go back home in NYC

@Juventus tifozo praying 🙏 for your father. I am glad you are there with him. please don't worry you will be ok. they will send you for second inspection and they will ask you a few questions, stamp your passport and you will be free to go. be polite and calm. you got this!!!
