Emergency Advance parole
hi guys if someone have a pending vawa application in process which was filed concurrently like 4 months a go the applicant parent died in their home country ( not a country that has a ban ) they want to apply for Emergency advance parole to attend the funeral.. will you guys take such chances???

I would definitely do it. If approved technically thye most likely let you in. personally I think I’d regret not giving it a shot.

@A L the purpose of advance parole is to leave the country amd come back. he has a valid reason with proof so it's easy and he should definitely go. as long as he is not in removal proceedings or criminal case.

@I eat raw garlic @Romeo riv Update guys so remember 👆🏽 his emergency advance parole was approved so he traveled the very next day to attend the father funeral and we returned back in the USA 7/7/2026 through jfk airport he spent 30 mins in secondary inspection they took his fingerprints and the process was easy 👏🏾👏🏾god is good 👍
