eligibility for social security benefits for a foreign citizen living outside USA
I am Indian. been in the US for 13 years. don’t have a green card. I have paid enough taxes to be eligible for social security benefits(40 credits)
would I be eligible for retirement payments if I never got a US green card and just moved to India now ?
