Also, I wanted to inquire if you're experiencing the following message when checking the I526 status update with a receipt number starting with IOE: "Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible. Try again later." I've been getting this message since the day I created the account, and it's been almost three months with no change in status.

I've applied for the I526 Immigrant Petition as a Standalone Investor under the reserved rural TEA category (The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 sets aside 20% of all EB-5 visas annually for investments in rural Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs).)
