eb31 row case remains pending
on June 09 my case status changed to case remains pending. my pd is 08/11/2021, eb31, ROW. today my I 485j approved. what about my I 485 🥹? any experience ?

@Monique cruz i140 approved in august 2022.I applied i485 in oct 2022 with i131, i765, i485j. I received my combo for in feb 2022.

@gl fjo nope. my lawyer did not want to get rfe for i485j and filed with i485

@ap ln I got to know from FO that USCIS was using wrong EB category and incorrectly retrogressed my case. if you got CRP, that means either your PD or category is incorrect in USCIS file.

@purple cat we checked my pd and category with my lawyer. but I don’t know what’s going on. my lawyer told me that we need to wait 1-2 weeks maybe the status will change. I called uscis but I couldn’t not reach them. my pd is 08/11/2021 eb31 row. it is current on visa bulletin

how is your Pd current in visa bulletin? I think they are staying at Jan 2020 ROW for Unskilled Worker so your PD is not current

@ChipuKu Singer mine is not unskilled. it is professional. I couldn’t find professional option on lawfully that’s why I put unskilled worker hashtag

Your country of origin might have exhausted all the visa allowed per country which is 7%. Even though your PD is current if it is maxed out your case will remain CRP.
