EB3 while Asylum pending
Hello everyone,
I submitted my asylum application in June 2021, and my EB3 PERM result is expected by the end of next month. I’ve learned that there’s a high likelihood (over 95%) that my I-485 application could be denied if I attempt to adjust my status within the U.S. As a result, I’m considering completing the I-485 interview at a U.S. consulate in a third country.
If anyone has had a similar experience and successfully obtained their green card, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your attorney's information. Finding a knowledgeable lawyer in this area has been quite challenging.

I filled my asylum back in 2020. my EB3 perm result will be out on May. i got my asylum interview notice and will see the result.

have you accumulated any out of status days in the US assuming you entered with a visa @Jimmy Jiang ?
