I see a lot of people who submitted their file to Texas center are complaining about the slow processing.

This is an Excel doc of a little over 200 people who had RFEs from Texas SC in that timeframe. Roughly 25% are approved.

in addition, per the reports you can access here, in the last quarter they’ve reported for (April-June) Texas SC approved around 2500 EB GCs. yes, that’s down from the roughly 10K they did per quarter pre-slowdown, but it’s up from the 500 they were doing per quarter at the height of Covid. the backlog is huge but it’s picked up the pace. i expect to see better numbers for the next quarter they release.
