Nothing to worry about here. Just answer the questions ask by Immigration officer. Do not give any extra information other than the officer asked. look straight to officer eyes when answering questions, do not fear. they are just like us and they are here to help us @Alex brown .

Your pay stats from Paycor app, your contract with bdv, your I-797 forums you have received so far, your contract if you have a lawyer, how much money you have paid, the lease of the house you stay in the area where you work, how much you pay per month, asking your goal after receiving the GC, you have to say that you will continue to work, I was asked similar questions.

@Alex brown They are all correct! Had my interview last Thursday. Go over your I-485 form, remember all important dates, bring employment verification letter, job offer letter, paystubs and I-20s if you’re in F1 status. Bring the updated medical too to avoid RFE. Make all copies of the documents too because they are going to get the originals. Good luck and God bless 🙏🏻

@Alex brown Interview took 25-30mins if I remember correctly. In regards to the medical exam, I’m not sute about the extended 4 years but I just brought a new one since my last medical was November 2021. Good thing I had my new medical done because they can’t find my previous medical on file.

@Bored bbb like I’ve mentioned, I still attend school to keep my F1 active. And I think it doesn’t matter whether you are working fulltime or part time with your petitioner. You should work when you get your GC.

@LM F your F1 is invalid since u use EAD .

@ Dream Dream I asked my lawyer about this matter many times but he said there’s no basis or law stating about it. During the interview, this was brought up as well.

@LM F I was told that F1 gets invalidated once you use AOS base EAD.

@ Dream Dream I have read few articles about it as well but I confirmed it to my school and lawyer that’s why I continue attending school until GC approval.

@A hope Interview was so long, almost 1.2 hrs.Officer went through I-485 whole file including questions.Then he started to ask about my OPT employer.Almost spent 30 minutes about my OPT employer. Also asked when I entered in USA, what's the status when I arrived, most recent arrival date in USA.He write down my question and printed this paper and I have to signed this paper that I told everything was truth.Also asked my list of USA address.Lastly I submitted my new medical form because it was expired previous one.My wife also did interviewed but separately.But she just did all I-485 review.we both got white paper after finish the interview.Later on my status was changed "Interview was completed and my case must be review". N.B: I think officer is in under training position.Even though he didn’t know about my catagory(Eb3 unskilled).

@a a I submitted tax return and last 3 paystubs, he took my documents.
