@akshya ydv when did you file your 485 ?

it may be the glitch from USCIS api or lawfully. i think that USCIS had opened your file thats why uscis api took a data signal. guessing

@akshya ydv it changed to in process for me as well. I checked with uscis and they didn’t say anything about case transfer but said that it was reviewed recently maybe call them and see if the case was transferred recently.

@deb guj did you call them afterwards?

If USCIS online does not show the same change, I would not rely on the Lawfully wording. EB3 unskilled cases depend heavily on visa bulletin movement, priority date, and USCIS review. “In process” in an app does not necessarily mean anything major happened. @Manifest Law - would less hours be reasonable cause for denials for eb3 unskilled before GC but worked full time initially what organization gave in the starting year or phases. Can they deny based on intent not clear?
