what was NOID for ? how did you handle that with attorney?

approved from NBC - no interview

RFE was requesting Supplement IJ-485 and NOID was requesting a new medical Form I-693

did you submit service request or inquiry request? mine is Sep 25,2020

I requested the congress 1 month ago and their answer was to wait

No, I contacted the congressman via his personal website requesting his help regarding a USCIS case. I submitted my “question” and he forwarded to USCIS. My question was that I was current by the VB and since July 2022 (my NOID) I didn’t received any updated on the NOID response. So USCIS replied back saying that my case was processing normally and I should wait for new update.

@J L did you see NOID on your case status ? Bdv attorney said I got NOIR but won’t share anything about official notice, I don’t see anything on my case status and left work already after a year contract

i left my work after 1.5 year too. i contacted my congressman and looks like he file the out of normal processing time for my case

@eb3 unskilled yes ! my status says : “Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed” and it was a NOID

@GC approve05/27 . My case got an update today for RFE. I’m pretty sure is for medical. Mine expired in October last year. My PD is 08/05/20.

@J L Congratulations. You got a NOID just because expired medical exams. That’s awkward.

@B O actually they send me a NOID about medical because the form I-693 was filled incorrectly
