won’t be current unless the Biden admin makes it for all. they did it in 2007. in other word we’re… not in a good place. let’s hope for some movement (at least a year) by December 🤞

@art bag 🤞

Predictions are just like the name goes predictions....USCIS are unpredictable, our thoughts are not theirs...Expect movement up to the end of june 2022...

@Reaghan Doughan that is a very optimistic prediction 👍

I don’t understand, why is it CURRENT in early 2022 and then suddenly retrogress 3 years. Do they just found a hidden stash of applications somewhere from 2020? This is baffling
GreenCard GirlSep 8, 2023
also in the past dates has always retrogress 2-3 years just to be current again in October, so I’m remaining hopeful that it will move to Current or at least Dec 2022 in the new bulletin 🤞

once you have 765&131 it doesn’t really matter
AU UAZSep 9, 2023
@GreenCard Girl I'd like that very much)
AU UAZSep 9, 2023
@M C it matters, despite having been approved for EAD an AP
M CSep 10, 2023
@AU UAZ why? if you can work and travel, what’s the difference? in my opinion that’s all you need in order to relax and wait for GC
hello markSep 10, 2023
@MC the longer it takes to get the greencard the longer it will take to become eligible for citizenship because that clock only starts once you get the green card. some persons want to sponsor children over 21 that can't be add to their current petition. traveling with AP is safe but traveling with green card is safer. also EAD and AP renewal takes some time especially AP. most jobs accept the EAD but not all, either because they don't understand it or just concern with what if your AOS gets denied or EAD not renew in time hence a gap in employment. yes you have to wait on the approval but I understand why person want to get that approval.there are other reasons

@Reaghan Doughan @M C @GreenCard Girl @hello mark @art bag hello everyone, finally visa bulletin is out and my PD is current, when do you think USCIS will update the case status from CRP to resume??
AU UAZSep 15, 2023
@hello mark totally agree with your response to @M C post
art bagSep 15, 2023
@AU UAZ I wouldn’t expect anything before mid October. hopefully our PD stays current in November. USCIS seems like they are comfortable making a jump from May 2020 to December 2021 so hopefully, our case will be taking care of sooner rather than later
AU UAZSep 15, 2023
@art bag I consider it as a good sign despite all pessimistic predictions
