EB3 retrogression
Hii everyone. I was doing some research and came across the past retrogression. It looks from FY 2006 to FY 2010 there was a retrogression and starting FY 2010 to FY 2017 there was also a backlog which lasted almost 8 years and it took 7 year to clear up. I’m not sure when this retrogression will finish or atleast come back to normal. I’m also not sure about the filling dates but they should hopefully move with the filling date for aos applicants.

with the labor mills so called agencies filing LC and i140 left and right, I don’t this retrogression will end anytime soon.

its not going to be moving forward. just go check statistics from counselor cases from last few months. in just few months after oct visa bulletin they have issues over more than 4k Gcs

that’s because vietnam and south korea ap/tp process been solved since late last year. The backlog is more than 8k so they will use all the Gcs and the back log will slowly move month by month late 2024. But will never be current but maintain current time difference.

@M P I agree with you because I noticed in previous years they started moving forward with the dates month by month with big jumps
