EB3 interview for PD June 2022
Hi lawfully,
Recently I got notice that my interview was getting scheduled at Irving, Texas location.
Anyone recently or has experienced interview in Irving, Texas location ?
How was your interview, How did it go ? And,
what to expect.

our interview was on Monday. I haven’t heard anything from them yet. most probably because my pd is not current till October

how did you get interview before even PD and filing for I485

i had my interview sept 16,
my officer went over all i485 filled portion and ask question on that . same for spouse. and asked some marriage related question

was it after I-140 approval how long was it my PD is April 2023 currently I’m undergo of I-140 for over 2 months

Did mine last week, Dallas has really nice people working there. Just calm down and read your i485 thoroughly and take all your documents that states that you've maintained your status. They just want to clarify if the i485 file is correct.

@yurrrrr skeet I was with my spouse so they asked mainly marriage related questions. My bonfide documents, yes/no questions, i485 related questions, when did u last arrive in the US, asked about employer, didn't ask much about my employment but she made sure we were in status and asked for status related documents and I provided all my i-20's and ead copies. Don't worry too much, they just want to make sure that everything you provided is correct. But as far as I saw, there were multiple people who got called for interview and they all seem nice and genuine. But take all your documents, they can ask for anything, make sure you make copies of each of them so you can hand it to them right away and make good impression. Goodluck!
