eb3 inquiry for I 485
my pd for I 485 was in April 2021, I have submitted the inquiry last week as it was out of normal processing time. when can expect response from them. my case is at NBC and was transferred from Nebraska in Oct 2022.
please advise

Isn't your case transferred to any Field office? check with Emma agent if its transferred to any field office.

I did check last week it's still in NBC.

my case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC in Aug 2022, as today there is no progress. seems NBC takes longer time at this stage….
